I am the creator of high on you and I am just like you. I am on a journey of finding myself, becoming better and basically becoming the woman of my dreams. I started high on you because I feel there is so much power and magic in women and majority of women live their lives not even recognizing that. My vision is to create a community of women that is so strong that it feels like a second home, a home full of love and magic where we all grow together.

Introduction
First you need to understand what letting go is. It's not running away from something, it's when you let your desire of control over something fall. It's when you stop running after something with the desire of having it. Letting go is the act of not wanting to control.
Now, why it's important? Well, there are so many things in our life that we can't control. Let it be regarding a person or a situation. All we can do is try to make the best out of something, but that doesn't happen all the time. The more we try to control something, the more difficult things get. And when you let go of control, things start to flow. When you let go, you free yourself. And as a woman, to enter your divine feminine era, you should let go of control, sit back, relax and receive.
Understanding What You're Holding Onto
Sometimes we don't even realize what we're holding onto. Our beliefs and the things we hold onto determine the type of future we will have. It is always our choice, either we can hold onto the limited beliefs or low vibration emotions and attract similar things, or we can hold onto the good emotions and attract good.
Most of the times we know what we're holding onto, it can be grief, pain from a heartbreak, or something from your childhood. When something painful happens in our life, it can make us think differently about life and stuff. That is where we start limiting ourselves. We let one bad experience change our entire outlook of things.
Let go of this belief, let go of a person who doesn't serve in any way, emotional or mental, let go of something that drains your energy.
Understand that self awareness is the first step to release.
The Emotional Cost of Holing On
When you cling to something that is not good, it starts affecting everything in your life. Your relationships, body and health, everything will be affected by it because you let all your energy get drained in one place that is not even serving you anything good.
You deserve to be happy and free. The longer you hold onto something, the more bad it will be for you. If you overthink about something a lot, if you get angry or self blame, it means you're stuck. Overthinking is not good and should not be normalized.
Remember wherever you put your energy to, it expands. Think good and you will attract that.
How To Emotionally Release
Since the first step is to identify what you're holding onto, journaling can help you a lot. Try to just simply write down whatever you feel, wherever you feel stuck in your life. It can be about anything. This will help you understand yourself better. If you feel like crying just let it all out. If you have a trusted friend, you can try talking about things too. Forgiveness ( Yourself & Others )
Let me tell you forgiveness has so much power, when you practice it you will actually feel like you are released from something. Don't think of it in regards of the other person. Think about yourself. We don't even realize sometimes we have stored guilt or regret because of something we might have done to another person. When you seek forgiveness you release that.
You don't have to go and seek forgiveness in person, just close your eyes and think of that person, say that you are sorry, ask them to forgive you, say thank you and done. From then on, have good intentions for that person only.
You will only receive what you give out. Make sure you're giving out love and kindness to receive that as well.
Mind-Body Healing Techniques
There are various techniques that can help you raise your vibrations and let go.
- Meditation, breathwork, EFT Tapping
- Movement ( yoga, dance) to release stuck energy
- Decluttering physical spaces for symbolic release
The Role of Self Love and Self Compassion
Self love and self compassion can change the quality of your life in a way you won't recognize yourself. First thing is that you will have love and compassion in you, so you'll be giving that out too and hence you'll be receiving that too. Second, you will be able to remove so many blocks from your life energetically because your vibration will be high. Letting go will become easy for you because you will care for yourself and you will understand that holding on will do you more bad than any good.
