A Little Intro
I am the creator of high on you and I am just like you. I am on a journey of finding myself, becoming better and basically becoming the woman of my dreams. I started high on you because I feel there is so much power and magic in women and majority of women live their lives not even recognizing that. I am a very spiritual woman and somehow I've had experiences in my life that has made me realize so many things, but most importantly my self-worth. I am not going to run ads for high on you or ask women to please follow because I know the women who will resonate with me will become a part of this on their own. High on you is basically about women being high on themselves, living a life with zero self-doubts, insecurity or any negative low vibration energy. My vision is to create a community of women that is so strong that it feels like a second home, a home full of love and magic where we all grow together.
I don't show who I am anywhere and there's a reason behind it. I don't want any woman to think that she needs to look a certain way or dress a certain way to come to that higher level. Obviously if I come in front of camera I am going to make sure that my hair looks good, my face looks good and everything is perfect. But when you will see it you might think she is already in her era or she's achieved it all. I want us all to do it together. I am still becoming her and I want to share this with you all. To share my wisdom on what I have learned and to learn your wisdom as well. A huge hub of women who are determined to live their dream life is what I imagine high on you to be. So, if you want to be a high on you bestie, sister or guide and transform together, you can connect through social media platforms. The links are given below.
So, now that you know me, let me enlighten you with my acquired knowledge on this topic.
Introduction
Self-respect makes you powerful. It is that inner voice that let's you choose the very best for yourself. When you value yourself and respect yourself, people around you will also do exactly the same. Because you are setting that tone. It's always you who will tell everyone how to treat you, and that is why respecting yourself is extremely important. Not bending or shrinking yourself to please anybody else gives you power and confidence,
Recognizing Signs of Self-Disrespect
We don't realize how many times we disrespect ourselves in something. Every time you people please, every time you say yes to something you didn't want to, every time you let someone insult you in the name of fun or joke, you disrespect yourself. Identifying these habits and behavior is necessary. You disrespect yourself when you talk negatively about yourself, when you ignore your needs just to avoid conflict.
Setting Healthy Boundaries
Having boundaries simply means being clear on what you want to do and what is something you won't do. When you choose what type of behavior you would accept from someone and what you will not. It is not about simply saying no to everything or creating a wall around you, but it is about understanding yourself and setting standards for yourself. When you have standards, you become more aware of what you will accept. And you don't have to feel guilty about it. Choosing yourself for your own good should never make you feel bad.
The Role of Self-Talk and Inner Dialogue
Self-talk can help you change your own perspective on things and life. It's like being your own friend. Instead of talking to yourself negatively, tell yourself the good things. Let your inner voice uplift you, choose better and make good decisions. Because the way you speak to yourself shapes your self-respect. Replace self-criticism with self-compassion. Use affirmations that can help you rebuild your inner voice.
Daily Habits That Build Self-Respect
- Saying no without over explaining
- Prioritizing rest, well-being, and passions
- Keeping promises to yourself
- Celebrating small wins
At last, I would only say that you are not here to shrink, overextend, explain your worth. You are here to be loved, valued, grow and rise. And that should first come from you.
