How to Understand the Signs of the Universe and Trust Its Guidance

I am the creator of high on you and I am just like you. I am on a journey of finding myself, becoming better and basically becoming the woman of my dreams. I started high on you because I feel there is so much power and magic in women and majority of women live their lives not even recognizing that. I am a very spiritual woman and somehow I've had experiences in my life that has made me realize so many things, but most importantly my self-worth. I am not going to run ads for high on you or ask women to please follow because I know the women who will resonate with me will become a part of this on their own. High on you is basically about women being high on themselves, living a life with zero self-doubts, insecurity or any negative low vibration energy. My vision is to create a community of women that is so strong that it feels like a second home, a home full of love and magic where we all grow together. 

I don't show who I am anywhere and there's a reason behind it. I don't want any woman to think that she needs to look a certain way or dress a certain way to come to that higher level. Obviously if I come in front of camera I am going to make sure that my hair looks good, my face looks good and everything is perfect. But when you will see it you might think she is already in her era or she's achieved it all. I want us all to do it together. I am still becoming her and I want to share this with you all. Introduction

Universe is all about energy. Everything around you vibrates on a frequency, and that frequency determines what you attract in your life. Your thoughts, your words and your actions are energy too. In the previous blog we understood how to connect with the universe. In this, we will understand how the universe speaks. The universe communicates with you in signs, synchronicities, and patterns. The universe speaks in subtle ways, i can be numbers or gut feeling, and in order to understand this you need to be first connected to yourself and the universe.

Why the Universe Sends You Signs

The connection you build with the universe is very personal and sacred, it's like a coded language that stays between you and the universe. You can try telling to other people, but only someone who's at the same energy level as yours might understand. Your guardian angels and the universe is always there to guide you, support you and reassure you when in need, and when you connect and ask for an answer, the universe responds in signs that you can understand. It is to reassure you, guide you or just to let you know that you are supported and loved.

Common Types of Signs

Repeating Numbers

The most common one is repeating numbers like 111, 222, 777 etc. Each number has a meaning. And this meaning can help you understand the message your guardian angels or the universe is trying to tell you. 

Songs, Words, and Dreams

Sometimes there are things that seem too strange to be just a coincidence. Hearing a song at the perfect time that reminds of you something or brings an answer can be a sign from the universe. Having vivid dreams or Deja vu is also a sign.

Sudden Intuitions or Gut feeling

As women, we all have this divine gift called intuition, we sense and feel the unseen. But often times, we fail to trust it. Listen to your inner voice, follow what your heart says. It will lead you in the right path.

How to Tune Into the Signs

To be able to see signs, you need to be present in your life and by that I mean being aware. In our daily lives, we get so busy that we overlook the signs around us. But since the universe communicates through subtle signs and symbols. We need to be aware to receive them. You can also practice staying present through meditation, journaling or grounding exercises. And when you are aware you'll notice patterns around you. 

How to Interpret Signs

Honestly, I don't really have a guidebook for this because this is something that you will just know. You will not need anybody's help in this. When you start getting aligned with the universe, the signs will be aligned with you too in such a way that you will be able to interpret them on your own. You will know which number is for you. You can find it's meaning then to understand what exactly the universe wants to tell you. 

When Signs Repeat or Feel Urgent

Sometimes to let you ne sure, the universe can repeat the signs, so you know that this is for you. Consider that sign as your message and definitely look for it's meaning. Find out what the universe is trying to tell you through the repeated signs.

How to Respond to the Signs

When you interpret the message, there will be a guidance for you in it. Try to follow that or bring that change in your life. Because the message is divine. 

Lastly, all I can say is, that trust and having faith is the biggest thing in connecting with the universe. You have to have faith in the divine energy and timing of the universe. Because without faith you will not be able to find any signs as well. It is all about energy.
